Nashville, Tenn. — Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc. has broken ground on Tanger Outlets Nashville, a 290,000-square-foot outlet mall in Nashville. The six-building, open air property, which will be situated on a 32-acre parcel of land in the Century Farms development, is scheduled to open in fall 2023. Tanger Outlets Nashville will feature 70 brands and offer approximately 1,100 retail and management jobs. Tanger’s third Tennessee market will be Nashville. The Greensboro-based company also has outlets in Memphis and Sevierville. According to Tanger this is the first outlet mall located in Nashville.
