Fukaya-Hanazono Premium outlets is designed to be modern and contemporary. It is designed to complement the natural surroundings, including the red-bricks and wood finishes that are local to Fukaya City. It will be home to Japan’s first “Asobo! Garigari-kun children’s attraction. It will also include artwork from the Chokoku-no-Mori Art Foundation and wall art drawn by artists on site. This will provide a unique shopping experience.
Fukaya Hanazono Premium Outlets, which are aiming to reduce environmental impacts, will be the first Premium Outlets that use solar and renewable energy for all electric power consumption. The outlet mall will have nearly 440 solar panel installations, which will help to reduce CO emissions. This will allow tenants to store more than they consume annually.2 emissions.
