Ross Dress For Less signs lease for Fort Bend Town Center II location

According to a May news release by NewQuest Properties, Ross Dress For Less has signed an agreement for a lease in order to pursue an opening at Fort Bend Town Center II.

The retailer offers off-priced designer apparel, accessories and footwear. However, the opening date has not been confirmed. It will occupy a 22,106-square foot space at Fort Bend Town Center II at the intersection of Hwy. 6 and Fort Bend Tollway in Missouri City.

Fort Bend Town Center II is the second phase of a three-phased mixed use development. It was completed Aug. 5, 2021. Phase 2 will be completed in the second half of 2023.
