Retail Notes: Hobby Lobby to open in OakLeaf | Jax Daily Record | Jacksonville Daily Record

Hobby Lobby will open in OakLeaf Town Center, West Jacksonville, at northwest Argyle Fork Boulevard and Old Middleburg Road.

The city is currently reviewing the initial permit application at 9515 Crosshill Boulevard. 101. Property brochures indicate that Hobby Lobby will be taking three spaces totaling 44.833 square feet near the SuperTarget. 

Other anchors include Kohl’s, The Home Depot and Ross Dress for Less. 

Hobby Lobby Jacksonville stores are available.

7-Eleven considers North Jacksonville and St. Augustine.

7-Eleven is looking at construction of a convenience store/restaurant measuring 4,560 square feet with gasoline and diesel fueling at 671 Pecan Road, north Jacksonville.
