Summary:Way rebounded from a difficult start the week before against Brooklyn in commanding fashion on Saturday. The Cumberland Valley grad pitched five shutout innings of two-hit baseball and recorded seven strikeouts. The shutout appearance was Way’s first of the 2022 campaign. Way is continuing to roll the strikeouts this spring, with 35 earned runs across 26 innings of work, including nine against Rome April 15.

Summary: After cruising through Low-A competition with Inland Empire, Seig was promoted to the Tri-City Dust Devils Tuesday (the Los Angeles Angels’ High-A affiliate). Seig was promoted to the Tri-City Dust Devils Tuesday. He swung a combined three frames in the bullpen, allowing four runs on two (one earned) and striking out five. The Mechanicsburg native holds a combined 1.29 ERA. He has struck out 17 batters during 14 innings of work.
