The Palisades Mall hosted Saturday’s Rockland County Fashion Week Show, and the world of high fashion was in the Hudson Valley.
The West Nyack show featured 14 local designers, over 30 models, top hairstylists, and makeup professionals.
The organizers of the event said that the show was more than just fashion. It also had a heartfelt message. Jacqueline Love, who trained some models, believes inclusion should be a key part of the show. A young boy with autism and several breast cancer survivors are among the models.
“I just let them know, don’t let anybody stop you. Know who you are and what you do. It’s really important,”She spoke.
