COLORADO SPIRIT, Colo. (KKTV). Tuesday night’s incident in Castle Rock forced the closure of a road. The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), described the scene as “having a” “heavy police presence.”

Just after 9:20 p.m., CDOT announced Just south of Outlets at Castle Rock, a Meadows Parkway off-ramp was closed. Soon after, police declared that the entire overpass from Meadows Parkway to Founders Parkway was now closed for investigation.
Police provided a brief update at 9:45 p.m. stating that the westbound section of the Founder overpass was now open, but only one eastbound lane was closed.
The investigation was not disclosed in any other detail. 11 News reached out Wednesday morning to officials and will update this article if we have more information.
