I’m not an expert in fashion or the best dressed person on the planet. I am a person who is comfortable in how they dress and wants to help anyone else who wishes to do the same.

If you didn’t read the first articleI strongly recommend it. It will allow you to prepare for the rest. It consisted of three simple tasks you can perform: take out all the clothes you don’t wear, measure yourself and find media content creators or characters who dress in ways you want.
Ok, boring introduction done. It’s time to move on to the next and most important step: determining what style is best for you.

Some might ask, “How do I know if there’s a style that fits me?”This is the beauty of fashion: there are so much variety. Some styles are similar, others are completely different. There is so much variety that you are bound to find something that catches your attention.
The beautiful part about that answer is that there are so much variety that it is impossible to fit them all in one article. But this is not a 300-level fashion theory course, so we don’t need to worry about naming every single style in existence. You should know that most of these styles are simply branches of the same main style.
The most well-known is streetwear.
Streetwear is about comfort and style. Streetwear is all the rage right now. “the baggy”Shirts and tops that are too big, baggy pants (normally pants or cargo pants), and flashy footwear.
This style is a great example of a content creator that I believe does a great job. @k2sneaks on Instagram (85.4k followers) & TikTok (4484.8k followers). Another creator who creates streetwear outfits of extraordinary quality is TikTok. @s_xx_24Instagram (72.5k Followers) @greedglory.1993 TikTok (9.3k subscribers). Both are great examples of how this style can look its best. They look great in the clothes they wear and the way they put together their outfits is a work of art. When I tried to make my own, I was heavily influenced by both of these designers.
Vintage clothing is another major focus in streetwear. A lot of clothing, especially pants, can have a distressed look that can give it a very clean appearance.
Streetwear is heavily influenced in part by trends, which change in cycles. Currently, we are experiencing a very similar trend that was present in the 90’s, so now there is a large market for vintage clothing. The garment’s measurements allow for an oversized look. Urban Outfitters is one example of a vendor that sells vintage clothing.

Streetwear’s widespread popularity in pop culture and media is a plus. So inspiration will always be at hand. It is not my main style at the moment, but I still wear it occasionally. Partly because it provides comfort, but also because it is fun. This style is something I recommend you try!
