ST. CLOUD — A Clear Lake man faces felony charges of soliciting a child for sex after he allegedly got caught in an online sting by undercover police.

Twenty-three-year-old Matthew WilsonHe was charged with three felonies in relation to electronic communications, and sexual conduct with a minor.
According to the criminal complaint in Stearns County a Central Minnesota Human Trafficking Task Force undercover officer was posing for a 15-year old girl when Wilson made contact.
The officer stated that the conversation quickly switched to texting, and then became sexual.
Wilson is accused of telling a girl he thought was 15-years-old about sex acts, asking for photos and sending her sexual pictures.
According to court records, Wilson called her for her address and arranged a meeting. According to police, Wilson was arrested when he showed up at the address provided by them. His cell phone was also seized.
